Horrible experience! The beautiful order I placed was nothing like the sympathy order sent to my best friend. As I do not trust florists and their promises, I now contact those I send flowers to. My friend sent me a picture of what she received. It looks like a bunch of left over flowers stuck in a vase with absolutely no design. I ordered a beautiful pastel pink, lavender and white round bouquet. The bouquet sent was haphazard in a mayonnaise jar with the colors I detest; purple, orange and blue. I was so embarrassed and shocked I demanded my money back. I will never recommend or use this floral shop again. With service like that they won't be in business long. No star for them!
